Great equipment they use , believe it is Butler, which is one of the better if not the best, suction for removing excess water was great , and best of all, They don't need you're hose, or leave puddles of slimy dirty water running down your driveway. I was looking for some spring cleaning on my carpets and i got just that!! They were super nice and very quick with the process. I added another room last minute and it wasn't a problem. Had some ink stains that couldn't come up but my carpets look 10 times better seeing as I have cream colored carpet and two boys!! I'm very pleased. Thanks again.

Stop the water if you can, turn off power to wet areas if it’s safe, move furniture off the wet carpet — and call us.
