How do I count rooms?
Count each carpeted room. Stairs and hallways are listed separately so we can price them fairly — tick the box and we’ll include them when we confirm.
Do I need to be home?
Usually, yes — at least to let us in and point out stains. If that’s hard (a rental turnover or a move), mention it in the notes and we’ll work something out.
