You won’t find a better or more reliable person for your services. Ray helped me when I was under the wire in record time for a great price, I would recommend him to anyone.

Quick response, thorough work. I’m a repeat customer and appreciate their attention to detail and good communication.

I'm so lucky to have discovered this small owned Connecticut business. The owner, Raymond, was quick to return my call and understood the urgency of the situation. If not attended to right away, it could have ruined my carpet. He is extremely knowledgeable about the business as he has been in it for many years. He is kind, prompt and extremely accommodating as he rearranged some jobs in order to fit me in right away. He took the time to explain the process and not only did he do an excellent job cleaning the carpet, he took care of a few old stains, ( YES! He got them out! ) all at a fair price. I highly recommend Raymond. He will do his absolute best for you. He's a Gem! Thank you Raymond!

Polite, excellent results and good price. Will definitely use again.

Extremely satisfied, my condo smelled like smoke from previous tenants and they were able to come in and throughly clean my carpets eliminating all the odor. They were fast but thorough and at an extremely fair price. Will be using their services again in the future and have already recommended to family members. Thank you again!

Top-Notch Carpet Cleaning in Bristol, CT! CT’s Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job on our carpets! We live in Bristol, CT, and had been searching for a reliable, local carpet cleaning company we’re so glad we found them. They were on time, professional, and very friendly. Our carpets had years of dirt, pet stains, and wear, but now they look fresh, clean, and smell great! It’s clear they take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. The fact that they’re a family-owned business made the experience even better. If you’re in Bristol, Plainville, Southington, or New Britain, I highly recommend CT’s Carpet Cleaning for your home or business. Honest, thorough, and high-quality service you won’t be disappointed

We had CT’s Best carpet cleaning in to do our first floor both tile and carpet. Great husband and wife team worked together and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Our carpets are dark as are our floors so you don’t see a huge difference in coloration however the carpets are definitely clean and fresh and feel like new. The biggest thing for me was that they left our home back in great condition and worked extra hard to get our main travel areas as dry as possible before they left. By the next morning, everything was totally dry. I will definitely be using them again and can’t say enough things about how nice and pleasant they both were to work with.

Thank you for a great job.

Did a great job! Quick and efficient work!

I had a coffee spill on my couch and contacted CT Best because they are a small local business. I always try & support local. They responded to my message within 24 hours. We had some scheduling conflicts but they made it work at my convenience. Ally and Ray were professionals, respectful of my home with their equipment and my couches came out great. Would highly recommend.

They really are the best carpet cleaning service. They do a phenomenal job and are meticulous about cleaning. You won’t be disappointed. Our rugs look great. I can’t say enough good things about how well they work.

I needed my living room dining room and a set of 14 stairs done. Also my cat peeing on my carpet I wasn't sure if they would get the stains totally out. The owner used this machine to remove dust lint etc from the carpet first then steam cleaned it. Then deodorized. I absolutely loved the results came out beautifully. I will be calling them again to do couple more areas after my spring cleaning is finished. My carpet looks amazing!!

Very friendly, very efficient and neat, excellent results on carpets and furniture.

Great service! They were able to get a red wine stain off of a beige sofa. Arrived on time and were extremely professional. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you!
