Raymond from CT's Best Carpet Cleaning was very easy to work with. He worked around our business hours to clean carpets at the most ideal time for us. He cleaned our 3500 SF office in one evening for us and did a great job. We just had him back to do another one of our commercial building's lobby. He again came at the best time for our business. The picture is half before and half after...it really shows how clean they got this high traffic area!
Raymond, from CT's Best Carpet Cleaning was nothing short of the best experience I've had in this industry. I started working in an office in New Britain with carpets that possibly had never been cleaned in several years. He was not only responsive and timely from my first call to his arrival but did an amazing job. The rugs went from us considering there removal to almost looking new. The difference was night and day and Raymond took great care to protect other furniture, educate us and went the extra mile to ensure the job came out as good as possible. This is the company to call and the price was fair and reasonable. Thank you! Tom
Daycare carpets were in desperate need of a deep cleaning . Great job looks like new . Friendly ,affordable and professional
Raymond, Aly & Eric are very professional & did an incredible job on our office & living room. Above all else, they were incredibly kind & understanding while I was handling a family emergency that impacted scheduling. I will absolutely be calling them again, & will be sharing their contact info anyone who is looking for top notch carpet cleaning.
Highly recommend! My couches, Chairs and Carpet haven’t been this clean since they were new! They were on time, communicative, careful not to damage my wood floors (even brought in their own rug so they wouldn’t scratch or dirty them), and their attention to detail is awesome! I could have hired a corporate company- I would have paid double what I did and they surely wouldn’t have provided the same level of service. Very happy to support local, and the cherry on top being their great prices and awesome customer service! Looking forward to recommending them to our clients and having them come clean our office carpets!
Excellent work done at my 2 bedroom’s carpet at my rental property in Meriden. I will definitely get my carpets clean again anytime soon!
