Puppies, older pets, a cat that picked the wrong corner — accidents happen, and store-bought sprays usually just cover the smell. We pre-treat every pet spot, then deep-clean with hot water extraction from our Butler truck mount and deodorize, on carpet, area rugs and upholstery.

We have 6 dogs who love to lick our microfiber couch. One pet who is small and aged had two accidents on the couch recently and my home cleaner just wasn’t enough. (he has moved into an assisted living condo in moms office since the last episode). Needless to say the couch needed an deep clean. And since we also have had our dogs since puppy stages, there were two area rugs that we wanted to have done while they were here. HAPPY & VERY SATISFIED! We have carpet on our stairs and second floor that badly needed cleaning, a sofa that was the victim of a potty training failure, and an upholstered chair with a large tea stain. Are your cleaning products safe for my pets?
Yes. Our products are pet- and family-friendly — nothing we wouldn’t use in our own home.
Can you get out old pet stains?
Many come out completely. Very old urine can bleach or change the carpet’s dye, and that discoloration can remain even when the carpet is clean. We’ll look at it and tell you honestly before we start.
Will the smell come back?
Our goal is to remove the source, not mask it. If urine has soaked deep into the pad, odor can return on humid days — tell us about problem areas so we can give them extra attention.
When can my pets go back on the carpet?
We recommend keeping pets off freshly cleaned areas until they’re dry — usually 6–10 hours, faster with good airflow.
Do you remove smoke odor too?
Yes — customers have had smoke odor from previous tenants cleaned out of their carpets. Ask us about your situation.
