We use a Butler truck mount — one of the best on the market. It carries its own treated water, so we never have to use any of yours.

You can walk on them right away as long as your feet are clean, but we recommend staying off them for at least 2 hours.

Yes — we clean rugs over hardwood using a tarp, but you may need a place to let the rug dry if it has to be soaked.

• Know which stains you want to point out to us before we arrive.
• Pick up toys, clothes and other clutter so the floor is clear.
• Move small, light pieces of furniture out of the way.
• Put anything breakable somewhere safe.
• Keep pets in a safe place away from the rooms we’re working in.

To keep carpet looking and performing its best, manufacturers recommend a professional cleaning every 6–12 months.

• The products and solutions used
• Chemistry knowledge and understanding
• Equipment, extraction temperature and pressure
• The method — hot water extraction or VLM (very low moisture)

We work Saturdays, and Sundays for emergencies only.

Yes. Our products are safe for people and pets — we don’t use anything we wouldn’t use in our own home.

It depends on how much attention the carpet needs and how soiled it is. As a guide, customers have had four rooms done in about an hour and a half.

Yes — if we can’t get a stain out, you don’t pay for it.

• Before we start, we walk through with you and point out any stains that may be permanent — like old pet urine that has changed the carpet’s color.
• If a stain we expect to remove doesn’t come out, you don’t pay for that room or piece.

Yes — your total order has to be at least $130. Combining carpet, upholstery, tile or rugs is the easiest way to reach it.

Clean 3+ rooms, get a hallway free: book carpet cleaning for 3 or more rooms and we’ll clean one hallway at no charge. One hallway per visit, when 3 or more rooms of carpet are cleaned at the same visit. Stairs are priced separately.

We clean area rugs right in your home — or, if you’d rather, we’ll pick your rug up and bring it back clean, free within 20 miles of Bristol.
